Really helpful and friendly staff.
Service today was brilliant, the staff really helped me understand the way the NHS prepayment system works, Sash I believe was a star and refunded me the amount paid for my prescriptions today which I've used to last me for 3 months.
Highly recommended.

I paid £4 for next day delivery with tracking, 2 weeks later and still no sign of my order from Hive Pharmacy, eventually i got an email reply saying it had been sent but no tracking number or other details were in it, that was a week ago still nothing, terrible service i will not shop here again, AVOID

Last year, I was unable to get essential prescription medication from my own NHS pharmacy for months. I contacted the Hive pharmacy, who were able to secure some for me despite the odds, thanks to the incredible hard work of Dipali and the whole pharmacy team. I'm extremely grateful, thank you!

Hopeless. Ordered Freestyle Libre sensors with "next-day" delivery, nothing arrived so called "Kay" and was told the item was out of stock, then some drivel about it being "stuck in customs", then that the warehouse would call me that day, which they didn't.

Finally had enough so sent an email requesting a refund only to find their email bounces back because their mail servers aren't configured properly. The next day I received an email saying my order was on the way but Royal Mail tracking has no sign of it and it still hasn't arrived. "Kay" if you're reading this please process my refund ASAP!

Absolutely shocking service.
Ordered perfume from them on December 9th , they promised next day delivery, but surprise, surprised it didn’t turn up . After many attempts to try and contact them. Had to go through my credit company to get a refund. Avoid this company at all costs. Big Rip off

As other people reported below, I also had the issue of placing a £50 order one month ago for a 24h delivery.
They took my money and never dispatched the item. I’ve clntacted them mutiple times through their contact form and their contact emails, but they never answer.

I will report the scam to my bank.

Ordered perfume on the 14th Dec which stated 1 day delivery....on the 20th I rang up after receiving no reply back from email enquiry to be told order not sent yet as they don't have selected perfume in.....why wasn't I informed

Your local pharmacy with a difference. They will collect your prescription direct from the doctors surgery and delivery the items to your door. The team at the Hive Pharmacy are always helpful and discreet. They have a side room where you can discuss things of a sensitive nature or have your blood pressure checked or flu jab administered. They look after you in every way possible.
