The Pharmacy Clinic

Ran out of my regular meds. NHS 111 arranged for me to collect emergency supplies. Found the pharmacist very courteous and helpful. The shop was clean not crowded and staff were wearing masks

Says that you are open....drove to the pharmacy.....you are clearly closed....

I have been coming here for many years now. The ladies are lovely and the service is always great for me. Very supportive staff

Good shop always stocked up and always ready to help

Really poor service for years to the point where i'll be using another pharmacy from now on. One member of staff, middle aged lady is very abrupt and attempts to stick rigidly to what she believes to be rules and regs, however the lack of common sense is shocking. Have to repeat yourself to her continually. Recently during the pandemic and refurb they force you to huddle near the door, yet when you need to pay their machine is wired so you have to come to the till anyway. Service is really slow, you can see your prescription ready and checked yet the staff still seem to hover around the back area. They seem to think its good to keep patients waiting needlessly. Lets hope some common sense and customer service training is being given along with the refurb and the new Auto Dispensing Machine. If not, avoid, use anywhere else.
