Devs Chemist

The staff are so rude! The manager dashed my babies prescription back at me for no reason. The lady at the counter is unprofessional and racist! They are ignorant and impolite.

What chemist has a half day Saturday, closes all day Sunday and closes up before closing hours recorded on their website during the weekday. Repeat prescription never arrive as ordered - poor / dangerous practice - I’ve even been given the wrong prescription with way higher dose than prescribed

I have used dev’s chemist for many years. The staff, pharmacist an management are all so so lovely. They have even gone to drs to try an chase up a emg proscription once for me.too. They always have a smile on there faces no matter how busy they are. My prescriptions are always ready on time too. Thank you devs staff.

Don't waste your time going here, useless, slow staff who cant find your prescription on the system after 20 minutes and the place is filthy. Disgraceful.

The people at the chemist are very nice

There is a very rude woman with dyed red hair serving in this chemist. She 'Oyed' me when I was waiting in line and then when I asked for advice she glared at me, snarled and talked down to me. She was outright rude and dismissive. I will not be using this place in the future. I do not want to risk having to interact with this horrible person ever again. Absolutely disgusted. I would recommend that this woman is replaced by someone with better customer service skills and just basic manners. Very unprofessional.

Super slow and serve people out of order. Opening hours are not reliable. Fine if you’re retired or have lots of time. Would not recommend if you need things in a timely manner or are popping in for a prescription over a lunch break or similar.

Very unprofessional staff. There is a woman who doesn’t know what she is doing and she is not very pleasant either… also they don’t have any stock… lousy service
