Excellent shoe shop with lovely new stock. And friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

Excellent service. Reasonably priced for the high quality items.

It's fine, as with any Boots. However, as with all Boots stores, they are not quick to call for colleagues assistance when queues begin forming. I've queued for 15 minutes previously due to an assistant helping someone while the queue has increased to 5-10 people, but the 3 or 4 pharmacy workers won't come and help until asked (and often the one in need will not call for help).

Does not have everything a larger boots would have. Sadly you have to bring your own lead to print photos as this shop only has two connections, not the latest connections. Staff a bit abrupt.

Agency pharmacist is rude , power mad and clearly very angry and upset she never actually made it to doctor level but insists on trying to be one still, leaving a mother of 3 on her own over the xmas bank holidays with no medications what so ever that im normally on , but proceeded to sell to big boxes of nurofem plus to next customer 🤦🏻‍♀
She is a power mad horrid human with no patient manor what so EVER but 10/10 for making my life harder than it already is you must be so pleased with yourself .
Normally id laugh at this kind of shizzle but she was cruel , bad attitude and no care or compassion for the job or people what so ever !!
Pals will be picking this one up .

Apart from the miserable staff -always look as though I should not be in the store, young staff is the problem. They are probably ok - I've no time for people who look down there noses. I only go in to use the photograph machine anyway. Hopefully I might get a smile next time I visit.

Their chemist is very poor. They dont have a good system like the old staff. Not friendly. Have to keep chasing very important perscriptions
