I booked a cholesterol test here - when I got there they had no record of it despite me having a booking confirmation online. Weren’t interested in helping me rebook, asked me to contact head office to say the website wasn’t working (rather than do it themselves). On a separate occasion they lost a prescription I gave them even though they were stood right in front of me, weren’t interested in trying to find it for more than a few seconds, so I wasted hours going back to the doctors to get it written up again. Service is disappointing unhelpful and apathetic . I think they are only in business as they are conveniently connected to the doctor’s surgery otherwise you wouldn’t choose to go here.

Always a reason as why something isn’t ready when they said it would. Never called you when they say they will. Puts blames on others for everything that goes wrong. Gossips about patients out loud. Bad communication with their supplier.

Absolutely appalling service. The staff are rude and bad tempered; they do not answer the phone when they are open. I appreciate that everyone is short staffed at the moment and there can be delays due to the current situation we are in with covid. However, there are ways of treating people. I will not be going here again.

Obviously, its attached to the GP and reflection of monopoly reflects in their service. Any takeaways or food courts are more efficient and competent than this Lol pharmacy. 10 to 1 and 2 to 4:30 oclock opening times for a critical business like this. It's a joke

Booked flu jabs were cancelled twice with no reason given and via a ‘no-reply’ mail address . Tried to contact via phone but no-one ever answers.

AVOID at all costs. They've previously been bad here but today topped everything. They advertise that they are open until 6.30 pm but I have twice in the last couple of days gone at 6.10 after I finished work to try and collect asthma inhalers and they've been closed. Today I had to head there in a hurry as I was starting to have an attack. I arrived at 1.15 pm to be told they had my prescription ready but the pharmacist was at lunch so could I come back at 2? I asked the assistant if she could hear that I was having trouble breathing and could she at least call another branch and see if their pharmacist was available to give permission? She admitted she could hear I was in trouble, actually waved the bags at me to show she had them and then said no, couldn't do anything as short staffed.

So, even if you are struggling to breathe, Lloyds Branskomewood are happy to let you down.

Thankfully I found help elsewhere before having a more serious attack.

Absolutely disgusted. Advise anyone not to have this awful store as their chosen pharmacy.

Very disappointing. Last month I went there to order my acute prescriptions. At first they took the prescription and said to wait so I thought to collect next day and said front desk that I will come and collect other day when they ready for collection. Got no calls for nearly a week so went there to check and get a very unhelpful response, saying we cannot proceed your prescription cause it wasn't signed in correct box by the person who prescribed. They could have said that on a same day I handed it. I have no idea that can be issue. So I went Boots with same prescription which was absolutely fine with them and also got my prescription in few days. Llyods pharmacy not quite sure if they do have staffs with enough knowledge about the regulations how things work.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of having to use. The staff are rude and inept. Prescriptions are rarely ready as they are incapable of using the NHS system. It's that bad they've had to take over space in the doctors surgery to seat people whilst they wait ! Do yourself a huge favour and go somewhere else.
