Truly dreadful service. Having stood in the shop for ten minutes or so there being three staff members all too busy to even acknowledge that I existed. When I suggested that I should come back later one staff member very grudgingly served me.

What pathetic service. I picked up my prescription this morning, took it home, unpacked everything, put the items away in a variety of places, and noticed they had missed out 1 item. I rang them and told them their error, and they insisted I take all of the items that I HAD received back to them so they could check them. So I had to re-pack all the items back into a single bag to get them to give me the item I DIDN'T have. When I took them back, they hardly bothered to check the items I had, but gave me the missing item. No apology. Total morons. DO NOT USE.

Friendly and helpful staff. I visited wanting to see a pharmacist and saw her within a minute. I was given advice on what I could take for my issue.

Had a bad experience here a number of times with the customer service, (not all, but with the majority of staff I have come across). Almost always get ignored for at least 5 minutes until you're acknowledged- even when the only one in the pharmacy. Certainly something that needs improving, along with listening to the customer and keeping them up to date with what is happening.

Please do not use this pharmacy. The attitude of the staff and pharmacists is awful. There are numerous occasions I have received very poor customer service. Uncaring, unprofessional, unhelpful and rude.

If 0 stars was an option that's what would be selected.
Went to collect a prescription for someone suffering at home to be then told that the pharmacist was late and would be 10 minutes, went in after 10 minutes (still no pharmacist) to then wait for 5 minutes to be acknowledged, then have 4 pairs of eyes rolling at me like I'm being an inconvenience and be then told that there was nothing on system for my partner when the doctor told me on the telephone that it would be sent there, staff behind counter were doing nothing but socialising and having a laugh as a queue starting building up in the shop.....
Told me I need to go and do the chasing, more like basically its to early for you and you cannot be arsed.

Give the 1% pay rise to staff that deserve it because these members of staff deserve nothing. Makes you wonder how they got the job they have in the first place, everyone get your prescriptions elsewhere because people haven't got the foggiest idea.

Great customer service last time we visited, staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome
