Fantastic staff. Had a consultation there, very professional, very knowledgeable. Great service from a friendly team.
Also the opening hours are so convenient.
They always seem to have everything I need.

I collect my repeat prescriptions regularly and have found all staff very pleasant informative and helpful when I need anything other than my prescription. I started using consult when the now owner took over, there two or three items on each of the shelves now it is fully stocked with everything you are likely to need and if you can’t see it they will get it for you ( brilliant )

Excellent service.
Late opening hours are great, especially at the weekend - if you need a prescription dispensing.

If you are an adult with ADHD, do not go here to get your prescription filled. I’m a 30yr old woman, currently under the care of the adult ADHD clinic at the Whiteleaf Centre, i was diagnosed later in life after struggling for so long and after many previous misdiagnosis. My psychiatrist wanted to try me on Elvanse, & wrote me a prescription, I brought my prescription here to be filled 30mg & 50mg, I was instructed to tirate the dose after 14 days, the pharmacist (I assume he was) told me they had the 50mg in stock but not the 30mg, I asked i should try another pharmacy? he said there was a supply issue and other pharmacies would probably be out too, i said okay, but i can still try? He then said “we have the adult 30mg in stock” umm??..I am an adult? I said, He then explained because it wasn’t specified on the prescription he couldn’t dispense it? And that i would have to get a new prescription that specifies “Adult”?? confused i phoned the ADHD clinic when i was there and explained to the receptionist who was confused too, and said they have never had this problem with their prescriptions before, she told me to try another pharmacy, which I did, i went to Lloyds and had no problem. Consult had Elvanse 30mg adult in stock, but for some reason the pharmacist wanted to give me the children’s 30mg?? I’m in shock & quite frankly felt discriminated against for being an adult with ADHD just trying to get my medication. Really unpleasant experience, something so simple purposely made complicated.

I would give these people 0 stars if I could. Ordered my pain killers they sent email confirming dispatch but no order. 4 emails & phone call and still no order. Had to recall payment via my credit card! Bad service.

Very flexible timings. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Next to A41 so very handy to access , also got wheelchair accessibility.

The worst customer service ever. Today I went because I was really sick, a lady who was serving me she was dark skinned she was so rude to me and ended up leaving me to help another customer behind me. So so rude.
