Spring Road Pharmacy

Hooray for a pharmacy that is actually modern in its approach and efficiency. I order repeat prescriptions here by phone and they handle contacting my doctor for me. When I turn up I am never more than 2 or 3 minutes collecting and paying for my items. Thank god this "cooling off period" is a thing of the past where a prescription takes a minimum of 20 minutes to sort while everyone waits around unduly. Alberto and the staff are friendly and a great change to the usual laborious process.

Amazing friendly pharmacy that offers extremely quick service. Been using this pharmacy for over 4 years now and woukdnt dream of changing. Advice from pharmacist is always spot on and I'm always served with a smile from the staff who work there. Huge thank you and well done for your hard work especially through lockdown.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. They really look after their customers. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Whilst collecting 4 prescriptions (£37.40) a member staff told me that I could apply for a medical exemption certificate and claim the cost back, if they wrote out an official receipt. The doctors had made no mention of this at my appointments. Without the care and advice from staff I would have been £100's out of pocket. It is things like this that will ensure that I remain a regular customer.

Went there for my covid booster. No waiting - very cheerful chap gave my jab.

Had my covid booster today, was very nervous as I have a big fear of needles and tend to pass out, but the staff were lovely and it was a quick efficient service . By far it was the best experience I’ve had getting a jab, barely even knew he had done it and felt okay afterwards. Will definitely go there for anymore I may need in the future.

Staff is very caring and knowledgable. They really look after their customers and do whatever they can to help you. Service is quick and superb

The ladies in the pharmacy are lovely. The man however is condescending and rude. I asked for advice, and he was not interested, and completely dismissed everything I was saying. The staff at Rushmere pharmacy are a lot more understanding and approachable.
