For non-pharmacy things this place is very convenient. But the pharmacy is a total mess. I’ve never seen anyone including myself just pick up a prescriptions successfully. Usually a queue of frustrated people. They told me to come back in 30 min (fine). But then another hour wait once back. No explanations. Just like accept it attitude. A small shop with a kid for an hour not easy.

Omg. This pharmacy should be closed down. It took my husband 4 hours to get his prescription. They lost it once. Then said they didn't have it. Avoid.

Possibly the rudest shop you will ever experience, added humour that there is usually a running argument between the person serving and the person dispensing but probably not the time or the place when all you want to do is pick up your medication (which has usually been misplaced or indeed just randomly got wrong).

They never answer the phone when you call to enquire about prescriptions, this has been going for a very long long time now it's unprofessional and laziness, apparently there short staffed well they been short staffed for a long time to awful service this store is terrible badly run even my gp surgerys had numerous complaints about lloyds pharmacy in the high street winchester. It's about time they sorted things out its awful service not answering the phone when you need to find out things and information very badly run.

Absolutely not. Nothing is ever ready. They keep telling you to come back in two days, tomorrow or in 4 hours and then end up waiting at the shop for another hour. The woman who’s there most days is the most abrupt person I’ve ever come across. Either keeps arguing with customers or telling off children for being kids. Last week prescription was my last one from that place. Moving my designated pharmacy to tesco. Can’t cope with that mess anymore.

Lloyds Pharmacy in Winchester has let my mother down yet again. They have failed to deliver the prescription needed by my 93 year old mother who is housebound, is registered as severely sight-impaired. I paid for 6 months service in person on 7 September this year and can prove it. She has now run out of medicine which should never happen and this is highly problematic given her health profile. The pharmacy never answers the telephone, either telling customers to ring back later when they are less busy or cutting them off after a few minutes on other occasions

This is disgraceful. If they are allowed to endanger patients through haphazard management they should not be allowed to continue to dispense. Lloyds as a company has been aware of the shortcomings of this branch for some time now but has done nothing to improve matters.

Long queues. Only one person behind the counter no matter how busy. Nothing is ever ready for collection, they nearly always tell you to come back later. Why on earth don't they prepare prescriptions when they receive them?

The most snotty and abrupt women serving customers here. I only tried to take some paracetamol off the shelf and was told I shouldn't go passed the end of the counter. So why have a shelf with goods on which goes along the wall that far if you don't want people standing there. Apparently the end of a counter means no entry. Sorry but that is rubbish. I know loads of shops where you have to walk past counters to get to even other parts of the shop. Stupid and unnecessarily abrupt. If you don't want people to access that part of the shelf, why even have something as frequently picked up as paracetamol at that location.
