This pharmacy should be a flagship, adjacent to I think the best doctors centre in Somerset. Sorry to say I am a regular visitor, my visits to pick up prescription’s I must say are fairly mixed. Sometimes ready sometimes not. I have been in there when there has been 7 staff I have also been witness to just 2. This last month sees a complete drop in the service provided . The shutting of the pharmacy at inappropriate times citing staff problems, NOT answering the phone. A wait for a certain prescription of 3 weeks which I still haven’t received. I think a complete restructuring of this badly needed chemist should be the order of the day , ( HEAD OFFICE TAKE NOTE ). if NOT , I’m afraid There will be only one end result.

Absolutely awful service, been trying to get through all Morning and it’s been 7 hours and no one has been answering, will not be using them again

I'm absolutely fed up with this pharmacy. Been waiting for over a week for medication I need and because they gave me a tiny amount I can't take the script elsewhere!! One member of the staff moreen or morag is so RUDE!! Shouting, snapping and being so unhelpful and the way she speaks to people is disgusting!! Shelves are bare, there must have been 6 members of staff but about 20 people standing in line outside!! I have been there 4 times since last Thursday and they still can't fulfil my script!!! Completely disgusting service and treatment from staff!! Sort it out well!!

Avoid - this is the World’s worst pharmacy, badly organised, no stock, poor customer service - queues frequently out the door, even for poor people with mobility issues, zero patient confidentiality, blasé staff, arrogant pharmacist who is too busy to talk to people needing his advice.

Booked pre-flight COVID test through the central Well Pharmacy site. Was given an appointment time of 7am. Showed up for the appointment this morning and the place was closed and does not open until 9am. Would rate zero stars if it was possible. Contracting to a service, with pre-payment, which they clearly cannot provide would seem to be on the verge of fraud.

Long queues, usually 30 mins plus. Text message system to say prescription is ready is unreliable. Staff say it now takes at least 2 days to process your prescription. Helpful staff when you do eventually get to the front of the queue
Well on line is fine and much quicker. Death of the local pharmacy

My dad has been waiting for his medication for 3 weeks because they didn't have enough when the prescription was put in. My mum has tried to ring and doesn't get a response. Dad is now virtually out of his meds and I've just been given a lame excuse of short staff and they still don't have it in stock! Been promised Monday. Very rude man. Very poor service for a pharmacy that must deal with lots of elderly, immobile customers that rely on their delivery service.

Very busy pharmacy and not many staff these days! Waiting times can sometimes be a while but excellent customer service every time. Keep up the good work guys
