Have to always wait ages for a prescription to be organised and we arent talking 5 minutes. Phoning is pointless they may as well not have a phone as its probably covered in dust due to lack of use!

Always get my prescription wrong and make me wait ages and never apologise

It's flu vaccine time again. Woohoo! Three of us needed the injection. The pharmacist was pleasant and professional, and he took his time as did one of our party who is well over 80 years old. The epipens that were ready on standby were not necessary, and we all went home safely. Great.

The lady behind the till and the pharmacist went above and beyond today - they made sure I got my husbands prescription from the doctors for me by ringing them. Today, their service was exceptional and very much appreciated.

Not sure if the phone is plugged into the socket as it’s never answered when I call “constantly” and I never hear it ringing when queuing!!! So annoying

I care for my husband they make sure
his medication is on time.
And all the medical items I need they order. They are brilliant welldone to them Monica,Sam.and all the rest of the staff.we are very lucky.👏👏👏👏

No point in having a phone in this place as they never answer the phone. Called over 100 times today and nobody picked up once.
