Cranleigh Gardens Pharmacy

Excellent Pharmacy. The Pharmacist is up to date with modern medicines. The staff exemplary with manners and customer services. There maybe times where you drugs are not available, but that's often due to supplier issues. Not them personally. They have taken the safety of staff and patients very seriously, which is so commendably. They also have to deal with prescription that come routinely from gp surgery's and also have to make them ready. They are a huge amount of them. It's not helped by rude, inpatient and intimidsting customers who think by making a scene only embarrass themselves and should know better.
I can't recommend cranleigh Gardens Pharmacy highly enough. Well done to you all in coping in such challenging times. I wish you all the very best with the future. A very satisfied customer. Who is greatly in their depth for all their hope.
Please don't be disheartened by the small minded patients who can see past their noses.

Absolutely fantastic pharmacy. Having been to 3 pharmacies prior (Williton, ASDA and sainsburys) whereby the product was unavailable and unorderable this pharmacy not only had stock but had it sorted within minutes. No Que (45mins wait in ASDA before being told they didn't have it) and very polite staff 😀 Saved our holiday as this medicine does not have an alternative available

This must be the worst pharmacy going. Every time I have been in the staff especially the foreign man has been apocalypticly rude as have all the other staff. I ordered my medication a week before I went on holiday abroad, when my partner and mother in law tried to get it for me two days before I traveled they said the doctor hadn't prescribed it. After speaking to my doctor he gave proof that he had. Now I'm on holiday and ill because they couldn't be bothered to chase it up. I would 100 percent like to see a staff change maybe someone who can actually speak English.

Rubbish! Always plenty of staff in there but they struggle to look over the counter let alone acknowledge that you are there. Prescriptions never made up dispite having to order 7 days prior to collection- I haven't ever been and not had to wait. The last time I collected my prescription I had someone else's medication included in the bag so had to return- surely a GPDR breach. I have now moved else where which I should have done along time ago to save the stress!

I ordered a prescription and it was ready for collection at the allocated time. Staff were very friendly and efficient, I even had a follow up call yo ensure that I was having no issues with medication.

Absolutely shocking service. Having gone in there and been served by a really helpful young gentleman and the lady who was busy working at the back, to be spoken to and dealt with in the manor the Asian man did was near disgusting.
Having been standing at the counter for 15-20 minutes waiting for some emergency tablets to be dispensed, having seen the young man and lady go find them record it all on the computer and having been asked if I was ok with tablets, all while the other man stood there playing on his phone not listening to what his staff was asking them even getting them to look at other things on his phone, he saids I can’t have them because he can’t give the tablet form to me. Having explained I’ve had the tablet form since I’ve had them he still refused saying “you can explain all you like I’m not giving them to you” having gone back to playing on his phone. Then asking where I can get some I was met with a very unhelpful “I don’t know asdas open but your have to just look.”
Shocking service and the one and only time I’m ever going to use that place again.

Disgusting service! Absolutely horrific! There is always a long queue outside for atleast a 30-40min waiting time due to the one in one out regulation, but there are poorly elderly people waiting outside in the cold weather, freezing while waiting for their medication, there is atleast 5-7 members of staff working all the time, they can come outside and serve the next person waiting outside but they dont bother, you can clearly see the staff giggling, joking around with eachother inside while people are freezing waiting in the cold, its a very diverse and young aged staffed pharmacy but i think that is where the problems started, i think they should bring back the older, mature, much more considerate, and caring staff back in and just let these young people go, because they’re doing a terrible job, service is so poorly inconsiderate and ignorant.
I have requested a change from the pharmacy with immediate effect.

Appalling attitude, the way they behave and speak to people is extremely unprofessional. They leave you outside in all weather. I waited 30 minutes before I got served, and even after having my prescription for 7 days they still don't have all my items.
And they wonder why I was annoyed.
Go to customer service school please.
