The staff there is really friendly and everything is always done really quickly. Id like to specifically mention Amy as she is always friendly and puts a smile on my face. I look forward to collecting prescriptions now. Couldnt ask for any better from the staff😊

I have monthly prescriptions BUT they are NEVER on time! I am always having go in to reorder and I'm always left with no medication even though THEY order on my behalf ! Absolute nightmare!The staff are lovely !! but I have NO IDEA WHY my prescriptions are never there when it's a regular prescriptions it's VERY frustrating!

Boots chemist have made me ill, I have cared for my dad with dementia & diabetes for 8yrs. Boots have failed there duty to care for my dad. There supply of medication is very poor they hold very little stock. And keep you waiting weeks waiting for medication. My dad has to go without medication due to boots are unable to provide. I now will change chemists I'm so stressed and worried about the care they give it is really poor.

Want to say a big shout out to Sean Grayson from Boots Merry Hill Covid Testing Service, I arrived quite late and he stayed late himself to fulfil the test. Couldn't have gone on holiday without him!

Go to collect a parcel and medication at 4.55pm and the doors locked. Store is meant to close at 5pm . Medication was needed urgently.

No point calling this branch, they ignore the phone.
