Not sure why the staff are so surly at this pharmacy. I have used others in the past (all were Rowland's) and they were most welcoming & answered queries without an issue ~ even found my prescription & meds without a problem. If you try to phone, you will be lucky if anyone answers! There is one particular person (a lady) who is pleasant on the phone, but it's a bit of a lottery ~ I have phoned them twice yesterday, got that nice lady on the phone, she asked for me to call today ~ 8 times today, so far ~ no reply! I was ASKED by the lady from Rowland's yesteday to call them today, and again on Monday. Hopefully Monday will be better? Yes, we can hope! Very disappointed in their service, and their manner (except for that one lady I spoke to yesterday)

Always super friendly, very understanding and helpful. They go above and beyond to help assist any query and are always full of suggestions as and when needed. By far the best pharmacy in town.

The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve been to. Unfriendly, impolite, unhelpful, and frankly quite rude. The staff clearly don’t enjoy interacting with people as I saw a lady instructing a 90year old to login to the internet app to modify a subscription. Clearly unable to help.

Rude, unfriendly and unhelpful.

These guys persistently close their doors early (usually around 15mins before their official closing times) and lock customers out of the shop.
These are customers who require medicine, and medical treatment. It’s a disgrace.
They never answer the phone either. Lazy, grumpy staff.

Pharmacy only stays open due to its proximity to the GP surgery. The staff do not fee inclined to accommodate any special needs or requests eg dosette boxes. Expect queues and a corporate service.

However, it is seems to provide a minimally competent service and I do not think there is a high clinical risk.

Some staff made you feel
like they are doing you a favour when in fact I am paying for the prescription. It takes ages for them to give you your medicines and a few occasion you have to come back for the rest. I came back and still not available. Sorry but Im happy with boots now just a few blocks away. Glad i transferred.

Wouldn’t recommend. When I came to pick up my prescription I was told it hasn’t even been ordered yet. Was told by a member of staff that I should try to pick it up from a different pharmacy. My GP said it may take long to rearrange the delivery, since their records show it’s been delivered to this pharmacy. When I called the pharmacy again and asked when I can pick up the prescription I was told they can’t find my name in their records?! They ordered it for me now, will try to pick it up one more time tomorrow but will change the pharmacy after that.

Update: came in the next day and they told me they are “not allowed” to order it and they’d never heard of this medication. Arranged with my GP to be able to pick it up from somewhere else. Worked without any complications.
