Falsely accused of theft.

It was my 2nd visit here of the day. This time I accompanied my partner to collect his prescription. Whilst waiting around on him, I had a browse as you do, applied some of my own hand cream as I'm in the midst of an eczema flare up, a product caught my eye and I had a read of the ingredients before returning it to the shelf. In the process of turning to leave some asian female employee proceeded to bluntly suggest I'd taken something and asked for me to reveal the contents of my bag and pockets. I didn't argue, as I was stunned and embarrassed, I revealed the contents of my small hand bag as well as that of my pockets. Nothing, but my own personal items.
She didn't apologize. There was no attempt after to feebishly do this just silence. So, I just turned and walked out. Its so easy to point the finger and accuse, lacking all tact and consideration of the person in the process. Thanks for making me feel like a degenerate and making me think I was at fault for going abou my business.

I will not be using this chemist again.

I have just read some of the reviews and was shocked! Are these people talking about the same place?

I've used this chemist for over 10 years now, for my repeat medicines. I have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly, I recall getting a flu jab there a few years ago and was simple and fast process.

Had to go there for my meds one day and it was the best customer service I've had in a long time or maybe even ever. Thank you so much.
Someone accidentally gave my review to the other lloyds pharmacy in Cosham so i felt that it was necessary to give this review to the right people.
Hopefully if I have to go there again it'll be a good experience.

I went to collect some tablets for a friend who is disabled and since they have changed staff, the woman who served me was so rude, who then went on to see the new pharmacist who was even ruder And didn't understand my dilemma, needless to say I won't ever be going back to that shop with such rude and uncaring staff.

Wonderful pharmacist, answered my call and went through all the options of how to get the prescription for my wife.
Was very polite, patient and really helpful. As a result I managed to get the prescription I needed for her within the morning on a Saturday and alleviated a lot of unwanted pain and stress. Thank you

Takes over a week and four trips to fill an urgent prescription and they don’t answer the phone. Appalling.

Absolutely appalling staff continually refuse to give me my prescriptions as they are expensive. Never answer the phone and have before told me they don’t care if I’m disabled I’ll have to wait up to a month for my prescription which they had previously told me I could come and collect. This place needs better staff who can do there job and not be so rude to the public.

Extremely rude staff!! I entered the store to pick up a parcel. I initiated the greeting, said "Hi" once...twice...thrice. The lady refused to greet me back. Lloyds Cosham please give proper training to your staff and teach them to greet everyone even those who don't look English. Would have score 0 if I could. Won't be returning and definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.
