They are absolutely brilliant. John and his team are always helpful and friendly. Great customer service!

Failed to notice conflicting anti depressants on prescription, when asked if they would refund for the extra medication they were incredibly rude and stated "why should we be punished by the gp when it's not our fault?" And told to take the medication to the Gp. Besides being rude and confrontational, I think it's dangerous that they hand out whatever the script says without evaluating it first, I thought that was the whole point of a pharmacist. Will be moving all the family to a different chemist from here on in, which is a shame as the old staff were absolutely wonderful.

Only giving 1 star to leave my review. Dreadful service from this pharmacy lately. Prescriptions are late, if you ring to chase your either greeted with a voicemail telling you their lines are busy or the line rings out. I've been chasing a Prescription for 4 days and cannot get through despite calling numerous times. I've now gone back to GP who mirrored my own comments.

The staff must have changed. Rude aggressive. The power seems to have gone to their heads

Been waiting for my medication for 5 days now, very portant medicine and not being able to get my medication because the pharmacy is always closed because the pharmacist is sick, fair enough he/she are humans like me, but won't they have a substitute who could replace him/she?
Also last Month had to wait for my repeat prescription for 2 weeks due to lack of worrying from staff on texting me as they normally do when it's ready to collect.
Mind the fact that the pharmacy was closed but there where at least 3 members of staff inside and nobody care to say anything.
Also the website says it's open when that's not the case, made me rush for nothing.
The star I gave is to reward the simphaty of some members of staff, that are not at fault for this shambles

I was given a different brand of my painkillers
which I have a problem to swallow because of
of the coating when I phoned to ask for an exchange I was told I would have to contact
my doctor for a new prescription and then wait
the usual four days for it to be issued
This has happened in the past with a previous
pharmacy who kindly exchanged them !
We have also come across the rude lady assistant !

It's a very small pharmacy. Outside queuing in sun, rain and snow and cold. Have had many disappointing experiences in this pharmacy with one female members if staff being very rude to me. If possible I take my prescription to Boots in Yeovil.

Good pharmacy with excellent Covid safe practice. Excellent service from friendly, knowledgeable staff.
