Hello.
Looks like I am not the only one unhappy with their unprofessional service!
Last year they have made serious mistake as my doctor said.
They gave me wrong prescription that could affect my health!
When I went back to return it they put it straight away to bin without checking what was wrong with it and wanted to charge me for new/correct one!
I told them they've made mistake and my doctor is aware of that.
Since then I don't use this place.

Extremely poor quality service either due to poor training, or simply permanent understaffing. Even when they have orders for several days you still have an insanely long wait before they can give it to you, even though the shop is empty.

Instead, I call up an hour or so before to give them a heads up, but sometimes there is no one to answer the phone which means the courtesy can't even be extended to them.

The one time I ordered my medication from them, it was wrong, and as a result, I ran out of medication for a chronic condition.

New management needed.

This place is a joke, with incompetent staff, consistently rude, slow with no care. Do not go to if in a hurry but go if you like waiting for a prescription for about half hour everything. Total disgrace.

Expect getting your prescription to be a two day adventure. They appear not to process them as they come in, so the first day requires you to ask for the script they've already had for a week. They can't give it to you there and then, it's always come back in 45 minutes to an hour. If you choose to do that, once you've made it to the front of the inevitable queue you're told it's another 10-30 minutes (so you give up). The second day they're generally quite quick, assuming they actually have the product.

Whilst waiting in the queue:

* One person gave up because it was too long.
* One person complained at the inevitable hour wait "But you've had my prescription 7-10 days already!"
* One had a prescription for 100mg of something they needed urgently as they'd run out. But they couldn't give him 2x 50mg, that would be a new prescription, despite the fact they didn't contact him to say they didn't have any and had sat on the prescription for days.
* There's no alcohol hand gel dispensers, just one empty manual hand pump on the shelf by the door. You'd think a pharmacy of all places would put some effort into having hand gel. Even the co-op does on the way in.
* Some of the staff really are doing their best, but others really shouldn't be in a customer facing role.

Edit: You used to be able to phone up and ask them to actually do something with your prescription, so instead of just sitting on it, it'd be ready when you arrived to collect it. Alas, no more. They do not answer the phone. At all.

Always been poor but now with reduced opening hours on top of the inevitable long wait once you get in. Basically it's an hour+ to collect your prescription, often longer and regularly requires repeat visits to collect everything.
Avoid if you can.

The opening hours are inaccurate. Don't arrive at the stated opening time (8:30) expecting to enter. They open whenever the pharmacist arrives, which seems to be a little after 9am. The cashier is kind, engaged, and arrives at work on time though.

Unbelievably slow. They desperately need more staff because the one woman usually behind the counter is always on her own and the queue just grows and grows. She can’t cope on her own. Someone please take this place over and improve it!!

The worst of the worst pharmacies I have been and unfortunately it’s the only one closest to me !
The prescriptions is never ready for you to go and collect it , always has to wait 10-15min but always it’s actually extra plus 10min ! Behind the counter there are like 3-4 persons ( no idea what are they doing ) but always need to wait !
Last week went on with child was asked to wait for 10min max 15min, so we were there 10min when I asked when it will be ready “ up to 10min when pharmacist will finish do flu jab “WHAAAAT ??? We are here waiting and now she went do something else before finishing her first job !!! So ended up coming back next day - and surprise after 17 hours I could collect it !!!
Today went take my prescription, I m feeling poorly but managed to put myself together and went , that lady was just there but she decided to take her lunch break ( which is ok as everyone is due to have it ) at that time !!! WHAAAT ??? I don’t see on the doors that there is lunch break !! So I need wait 30min feeling poorly with high fever to take my prescription

Please bring more people for this pharmacy to work !!! Who actually are working !!!!!

Will look into to find other pharmacy !
