Living in Bilton for the last 20 years, I have never received anything other than kindness and support from all the staff I have ever encountered at this pharmacy. Good manners are a way of showing others that we have respect for them, something that seems to be lacking amongst certain customers to the staff on several occasions that I have been collecting prescriptions. I am forever grateful to them for dealing with our sometimes complex and difficult requests, and they have always managed to find a smile that can light up the community. Huge thanks for everything you do x x x

The Council keep building houses and don’t think about the amenities…. Bilton Pharmacy tries so hard.. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.. I think they deserve praise not vitriol abuse.. To the people who find fault I say perhaps if you were nicer they would be too. I’ve heard some of the abuse they have to contend with and I simply say how would you feel if someone spoke to your wife, husband, mum or sister like that…. Try smiling BEFORE you speak.. God bless you Bilton Pharmacy….

Over the past three years this pharmacy has been terrible. Yes it went wrong well before covid even though that is the excuse they always use if I complain and I have complained to the head office on several occasions.
I’ve had serious mistakes made with my prescriptions where I’ve been given the wrong medication, the wrong strength tablets, wrong inhaler and wrong eye drops!!
On one occasion (before covid) there were three mistakes in one prescription!
The standard of service is rock bottom and waiting times are ridiculous. None of the staff seem to know what they are doing.
The new app tells you your prescription is ready for collection before the pharmacy have even received it!
I only use this pharmacy because it is close to where I live and is convenient but I’m seriously considering changing to one further away before they actually kill me!!!

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Even when calling ahead to order prescription it's not always ready and you have to queue up for an average of 30mins to even be seen to. Also normally always something owed that you need to go back for to queue up again. The staff appear nice and helpful and I have no doubt they are working hard so what is the problem, not enough staff? Too much demand? Do we need another pharmacy like boots or something in the area? Whatever the solution is, it's needed asap, so many elderly people queuing in the street, it's just wrong!

The pharmacy assistants are lovely, lovely ladies, but Jesus Christ I have never known a slower pharmacy…seriously, what are the pharmacists doing? I’ve used many pharmacists and they never take more than 5 minutes to make up a prescription. It’s like watching paint dry. Stood here now and I honestly have no idea what the pharmacist is looking at? I have one box of medication to pick up. How difficult is it to cross check the box with the prescription and hand it over? I got here at 9.05. It’s now 9.42 and I finally have it. There were two people waiting in front of me. It’s an utter joke.

Terrible service. Long queues and staff have been told not to answer phone. Understand why after speaking with relief manager. Why are they so behind. Have elderly neighbour who should have had medicines delivered and hadn't been. Had been ringing for two days. I went and got them. Same again today. She is so stressed. Staff are lovely though.

In years gone by, it used to be a lovely, reliable village chemist. Now every time I go, it is never a straight forward visit, however long I order in advance. Am changing my named chemist after giving them chance after chance. An absolute shambles!
