Great service for new customers. Arranging repeat prescriptions prepacked together was a doddle. The pharmacists I've seen there are knowledgeable and give good service. It's right next to the doctors' and shares the car park, there's always somewhere to park.

I have been with them for 18months. Within this time only 4 times I got my prescription on time(within 4days). All the 14 times, they said excuses like they are getting late prescription from the GP. But I checked with GP many times to clarify that... It was absolutely wrong message the pharmacy given to me. And also the staffs are rude most of the time!! Its very horrible and frustrating!!

Excellent service and a follow up phone call to check all OK with my medicine. Its easy to complain, people are impatient, there not the only customer, it's a difficult time and people need to be patient, " Rome was n't built in a day". Thank you to the pharmacist, very professional and phoned me one week later to check my medicine, as she promised.

I have to pick up an ongoing prescription from here and I find that every time I walk through the door its like I'm an inconvenience and interrupting their conversations or what ever they are doing. Never a smile or any kind of pleasantness. One lady seems to never actually look at me when she is talking to me and I often I have no idea who she is talking to because of the masks and the fact that she is behind a computer screen. Being completely closed on a weekend is also incredibly inconvenient.
