Jhoots Pharmacy

I rarely visit this pharmacy as I have some closer to home but everythime I have been here they have had the medication I needed. The shop feels very dated and old. I know it's only a pharmacy but a lick of paint would make the whole place seem a bit brighter I know it's only me being silly. The staff are always very friendly and helpful too.

1 star to be nice, what a rubbish pharmacy, delivery's not getting there, appointments canceled, don't go here!!

Hassan and his team at Jhoots have always been extremely helpful. Our prescriptions are always on time. Hassan will spend time and explain any new medications offering good advice.

Do not go to the pharmacy , they do not help you , nothing is ever ready !! Or they don’t order it !!! They never help you . Nothing is ordered on time and they are never polite…. There are some people that need there help !! But they don’t give it

Does not accept cash. Supporting someone who only receives benefits in cash makes this pharmacy inaccessible and discriminatory.

As others have written the shelves are empty and not much stock around. All the prescription take ages to get. I had emergency suppositories issued by our GP for small child, and the pharmacy doesn't have them in stock even it was issued more then 24 hours ago and we have to wait 1 more night. So yes great service and they lie about it all!

Branch Manager in that pharmacy is rude and unhelpful. Please confirm medication before making any payments. once I realised I was given the wrong medication almost immediately after payment had been taken she refused to give me a refund as "it's NHS policy" I had to go through head office to get my money back. She was in such a rush to close up early that she turned the lights off and attempt to close up whilst I was still in the premises. Just to confirm the time was 18:15 when they should be open till 18:30. Absolutely shocking behaviour from this woman Ausha the manager of Jhoots pharmacy. Avoid going to this place it you want any form of patient care and attention.
