I went in last week to collect a monthly repeat prescription; I was told that, as they didn't have a pharmacist, they could not give me my meds. They suggested going back later. As I had badly injured my foot my son was driving me there. We returned, twice, to find the door locked. I am now out of medicine and I find that they are, once again, not open (Saturday).

This is very frustrating. I am writing to the company this weekend to demand an explanation, and then moving to Boots Pharmacy!

No one answers phone when my 85 yr old hasn’t received her medication in doset boxes, several times have had to ring head office! Frequently short staffed so close the store and one one occasion wouldn’t/couldn’t dispatch medication due to no pharmacist on site! Great way to run a pharmacy!!!

Been here twice now to collect a prescription. Closed again when they should be open. This place is useless. Nothing on the website to say it's shut. Someone needs to get a grip here. It's attached to the doctor's surgery. So many people rely on this place being run properly, and it isn't. Grrrr so frustrating. Update March 2022. Queues to the door and one member of staff. Who is the mismanager of this place!!!!?

If I could give zero stars I would!!I came to collect a prescription today. After queueing for 90 minutes, I was told that the prescription hadn't been sent by my GP and sent me to them. My surgery confirmed it had been sent as a paper slip and asked me to tell Lloyds to check for a paper slip. I returned and skipped the queue as I was told to do but despite repeated attempts to get their attention I was ignored. I totally understand they are short staffed but this is absolutely no excuse for the level of incompetence me and several other customers experienced today. I left in tears of frustration and without my prescription and wasted nearly 3 hours of my day which I'm going to have to make up on top of other commitments. I was very polite and mindful not to get directly frustrated with staff but not sure why they couldn't have checked for a paper slip before sending me off on a wild goose chase!

Staff without exception tirelessly working exceptionally hard to do a job with a significantly increased workload since covid. Not helped by rude customers. Thanks to this great team🙏

Open on a Saturday for 3 hours is pathetic
And still had to que for ages , need more staff urgently…. Many people looking for jobs out there

Been going since it was built, leaving now. Never have anything ready even if I put my prescriptions in weeks in advance. Can’t count how many wasted trips I’ve had there. Company needs to sort it out.
