This place is the pharmacy equivalent of Faulty towers. A chap i supported used to have is regular blister pack medication from here. Seriously every month there was mistakes. Constantly blamed Torkard medical centre when it was their incompetence. Changed to Boots and thank goodness we did. I can't believe the manager still has a job here. Dreadful

friendly staff but if you want your prescription they always have to order stocks seem to low changed to Tesco in the end had no choice i needed my medication

Needed to arrange a medical supplies delivery remotely for a covid stricken relative and the staff here could not have been more helpful if they tried! Same day service, reasonably priced, efficient, effective but above all kind. Thank you so much for helping us out x

Had originally booked covid travel test for tomorrow. We had an emergency and were struggling to get there, for our appointment time.The duty Pharmacist to day re- arranged for this afternoon, really appreciate there help.

Hour wait in the queue and then another 30 minutes to get a prescription that was ready 3 days ago!!! Never a quick in and out here. No one seems to know what they're doing. Always unorganized and excuses why things aren't ready Will be using Tesco in future.

This Pharmacy is an absolute joke. Rude staff . Waited one and a half hours to be served to be told the prescription only came 3 days ago so not ready.
I went back the next day as requested by them to wait another hour to be served to be told that it’s still not ready .

Advertised time of closing 1pm got there at 1245 to get some urgent medicine for a child and they wouldn't serve me.

God awful service they ignore the phone and tell people they have ordered prescriptions when they haven't they where bad before covid-19 but now an absolute bad joke.
