Hursts - Chemist, Cosmetics & Gift Shop - Ripley

I went in today to get some Clarins products. I had been trying to order them online and was struggling with what to get and the Boots website was ridiculous. I went to Hursts and had such fantastic customer service. The lady was so so helpful and lovely. She sorted me out with all that i needed and showed me how to apply it correctly. I thoroughly enjoyed the shopping experience and will now be coming to Hursts for all my cosmetics and recomending Hursts to all my friends and family.

The pharmacist, Elizabeth is amazing. Kind, thoughtful, sensitive and really went out of her way to put me at ease. The staff are always kind and friendly too. Totally recommend this place.

Hurst’s staff are the most polite and helpful in Ripley by far. Nothing is too much trouble for the pharmacists, and the counter staff are so friendly and go out of their way to assist.
Some doctor’s receptionists should take note on how to treat people.
