Whilst the surgery is excellent, the pharmacy itself is pretty poor in honesty. Service is slow, which given the staff numbers isn't really acceptable, and they only ever seem to be able to part fulfill a prescription, meaning return visits. Staff are extremely friendly however and helpful. Just needs better organisation.

Very good service here, friendly staff and conveniently situated within the medical practice. I order my prescriptions through the medical practice and take it over to the pharmacy, they usually have to order the stock in but I haven't had any issues with them.
Only thing I can criticise (nit pick) is it's a little on the slow side, although this may be as my prescription is for a controlled drug.

Do not get repeat prescriptions from here can't calculate when the next one is due again and again. They don't even try to fix the issue just say that's when it's due so tough.

This pharmacy sits within the Lower Green Health Centre building in the same building as the GP's.

This place is closed between the hours of 12:30 and 13:30 for lunch.

Excellent service here. Have sometimes had to order an item that wasn't in stock but have found that the items are kept behind accurately and not sold to other customers.

The team working here provide a professional and personal service.

They also accept electronic prescriptions.

I use Tettenhall Pharmacy very very frequently and I always find all the staff here are always very friendly and helpful, Rachel is always incredibly helpful👍👍👍

At this moment in this horrible situation these people are amazing doing a wonderful job

Absolutely shockingly appalling service. I put a repeat prescription in over a week ago only to be told upon attempting collection that it's not done and there's a 30 minute wait. When asked why it's not done, the lady replied 'we have been busy'. Well, you're not the only ones darling.

They have always been slow and with poor customer service but now it's getting worse.

The management of this pharmacy really need to get their act together.
