Chana Chemist

I live very near this Pharmacy so it is my go to for anything. The staff here are AMAZING. So polite and helpful. When I moved to the area they helped me find a new Doctors Surgery and advised me on how to register. Can't recommend them enough! Bobby is 5 star helpful.

This is the best pharmacy in the whole of West London as far as I am concern, the pharmacists are always polite , the staff at the counter polite as well. I have been collecting my prescriptions there for over a year and they are always ready to help and make your collection easy. There is a gentleman there, he is excellent, he respect you the moment you walk in and call you by your name to acknowledge you if he is dealing with another customer and promise to get to you as soon as possible. Before I started patronising them I have tried different pharmacies and to be frank they are nothing compare to this place, all on the same North end Road but different customer service delivery. To me Chana pharmacy Fulham is the best. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿 keep it up guys.

Bobby and his team have always provided excellent service, and can always offer advice avoiding a GP visit. They have also managed to rescue several holidays and locate specialty medication even when there is a supplier issue. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Additionally, because it is a small business, you can get to know them, unlike competing chemists, who always have a new face every week.

I have been using Chana Chemist for over 10yrs. Chana Chemist have a team of Knowledgeable and Experienced staff, who are Efficient, Supportive and Caring. They have Excellent customer service and Bobby will go above and beyond for his team and customers. The store is very clean and there is always a nice atmosphere when you enter the Chemist. Thank you for all off your hard work!

I would have given them 3 stars if they actually used used some technology to notify me that my repeat prescriptions is ready for pick up.
Everyone uses a smartphone now. There is no excuse not to invest in a SMS notification system. I shouldn't have to call them every time.

Also they are poorly organized. You can clearly see the repeat prescriptions laid out on the floor. Not even on a rack but on the floor. It takes them ages to find your meds. They have no system.

Chana Pharmacy is brilliant! Iv used all the pharmacies in the local area and have always had issues with medicines not being available or over counter Meds being way too expensive.
The staff and pharmacist are always so welcoming, with the pharmacist being V experienced and go over and above board to help with any medical queries. The owner Bobby makes a huge effort to remember customer names iv noticed which I think is lovely.

I don't understand why they don't use a notification system and text me when my meds are ready. I have to lietarally call then every month and ask if they are ready. It would save me and them time. Also when you come to collect your meds sometimes they forget to process it. I think i will go to another chemist. They run the place like monkeys.

What a sham the guy the own,s it is unwilling to get a full-time pharmacist because he would have to pay them as a fully qualified employee with health insurance holiday pay all that running a business entails instead he employees newly qualified chemistry PhDs on a part time basis this means that as shouwer as day Thier is a day every week when they don't open and people who have to pick up daily medicine are humped
