Peak Pharmacy Ilkeston Nottingham Road

I've used this chemist for as long as I can remember! The service I've received has always been great, whether it's picking up a weekly prescription, that the pharmacist was really helpful when arranging it, stocking up on medicinal supplies for the kids and the first aid box or just advice. They have saved me a few trips to busy A&E departments at QMC or Derby for which any parent should be forever grateful!! And a few waits in the Dr's surgery too! Sometimes there's a wait for prescriptions but other people get sick too and I've waited longer in other chemists. The convenience of being next door to Littlewick Medical Centre is also a plus.

Friendly polite staff, always seem helpful, waiting time is ok.

Went to pick up a prescription at 1.30pm when it was supposed to open and they said the pharmacist wasn’t back from their lunch so I had to wait a further 15 minutes with a young child who needed his medicine. Won’t be going here again and wouldn’t recommend.

Depending what staff are on determines level of customer service you get

Staff had a back and forth about who was going to serve me, and eventually asked me if I was waiting after staring at me for 45 seconds. Completely unprofessional

The pharmacist is really polite and helpful... Unfortunately it ends there!
There are two ladies who are extremely rude and unprofessional.
Avoid!

Love the ladies here, always happy and smiling faces. The staff always do their best to help u with absolutely anything.
