Clare, I have to tell you that you are the rudest person I have ever had to encounter in a medical establishment. Your obstructiveness, plain arrogant behaviour and nastiness is just not necessary. it's not the first time we have had a run in with you. I find you unhelpful and moody! just what a person does not need to encounter, when they are not feeling well at all. You have zero empathy or zero manners. To the point that we will be putting in a formal complaint to the practise and The General Pharmaceutical Council. I thank you for making my partners experience yet again in two weeks unbearable. I'm not sure what gives people the right to behave like you do in a public facing job!!

Used to be a nice helpful well run pharmacy with a few nice helpful, professional staff, but Claire, Is the most unprofessional, condescending individual i have ever had the displeasure to meet. Her interpersonal skills are absent, and I am reporting her to the GMC. I advise, go elsewhere if possible.

Don't bother coming here in the morning first thing on your way to work. Late almost every single day, someone can't be bothered to get up in the mornings.

Pav was brilliant! I had nightmare with nhs direct medication referral and Lloyd's Pharmacy. Pav sorted a difficult problem with good heart. He's a treasure! Thank you Pav.

Inflated prices. Ibuprofen £1.99, generally available at 39p. Fast acting Ibuprofen £6.84, generally available under £2.00. I expect to pay a little more at a pharmacy than a supermarket or B&M but these prices are just a rip off. Won’t be using them again.

Never had any issues love the fact its open later than many chemists. If any negatives maybe need to be a little more customer friendly.

This isn’t my normal pharmacy. Having just had a paper prescription from the neighbouring surgery I opted for the convenience here. Massive queue so opted to return later in the day.
Returned early evening, 15-minute wait and one item unavailable, told to return in 1-2 days.
Two days later, made special journey to collect the missing item, still not available.
Returned four days later. Quite busy but asked to take a seat and wait. After about eight minutes the pharmacist put an item in the basket ready to be served, I believed it to be mine as all other people waiting before me had left.
Staff member busied themselves sorting items for collection while the dispensed item stayed in the basket on clear view. And yes, it was mine, I’d sat waiting for it while I could have been served and away.
Plus, the seats are SO uncomfortable, particularly for those with mobility difficulties like myself.
I won’t be opting for this ‘convenience’ again thank you.
