Rang up several times to enquire about a repeat perscription for my grandmother to no answer. After finally answering after the 100th call they had the prescription from monday and had done nothing to prepare it or send it to my grandmother who finished her medication on the sunday. Thanks to their negligence my gran will have to wait another day for the medication she needs daily

I went in to discuss the best medication for a typical winter ailment. The lady who attended to me was very thorough, asked lots of questions and then suggested suitable medication. A very professional service with strong customer focus.

Sat outside waiting for the store to open, which should have been 8.30 am. It's now 8.41 am and no signs that they will open soon.

A good chemist but think they need a bit of practice at answer the phone

Booked a flu vaccination here 4 WEEKS AGO. I turned up on time to be told that the pharmacist was on annual leave and so my appointment was cancelled. What? Absolutely disgusted!

I went to pick up a pack of pads from boots and I asked them to check how many point I have on my boots advantage card... They said u have enough on your card so I picked up the pads and paid with cash BUT I did not know they took the points off the card aswel... So I paid £15.98 for 1 product worth £7.99

Unfortunately since they stopped opening on a Saturday I hardly ever use this local chemist relying on family instead to collect my repeat prescription for me as I work full-time.
