Peel Court Pharmacy

I went to the pharmacy for audiologist services, however I went to the Aldergate entrance and was was unable to get served so went to the rear entrance. On entering I waited at the counter but the member of staff was talking to a colleague. She looked at me but when her colleague left she went elsewhere in the pharmacy and ignored me. The remaining staff were were on their mobile phones and ignored me . I was only able to get service by shouting out. There were several people waiting at the Aldergate entrance but were the same people that I saw when I first got there.
This place is in desperate need of managing and the staff there are taking advantage of the needs of the community.

I've used the pharmacy regularly with little or no fuss,however today I called at 4-57pm,the pharmacist on duty asked me to write down the names of patients, wife, grandaughter and self to be told he was closing in 3 mins and hadn't got time to look,disgusting.

Levels of service here have dropped considerably over the last 12 months. I now use another pharmacy as my last experience at the Peel involved a 40 minute wait, only to be told that my medication was not available despite having ordered it a week previously. 3 other women in the queue with me had the same experience & not one of us received an apology!

I’ve used peel court pharmacy ever since moving to Tamworth and I have to say they are by far the best pharmacy I have dealt with. The staff are very friendly and have always been helpful and polite to me, even going as far as chasing my prescriptions up when the surgery hasn’t sent them through.
I would highly recommend.

Have came in to pick up a patients prescription items up as there don't deliver on Saturdays. Waited 20mins for them. Took them to my patients house. Took all items out of bags to discover that she has no paracetamol in the bags. Cocodamol has been put in, which states on the box. Sticky label says paracetamol, signature for checking, but obvs hasn't. Tried to ring them numerous times but appears that they can't be bothered. Glad it's not my chemist. Totally disgusted with them

My wife and I use the pharmacy on a regular basis and are always very pleased with the service that we enjoy. The staff are always polite and helpful.

Service has really gone down hill since the end of lockdown restrictions. Quite often left waiting at the hatch with no acknowledgment. Business should remember we’re customers

Great pharmacy I’d say the best in Tamworth hands down.
