As other people have said. Terrible service. Refused even an emergency dose of my repeat prescription (I am a cancer patient) which has been with them for 4 years due to their administration cock up. Won't use again. Now I have to go to A&E. So much for caring!

Both Staff members were easy to communicate with, they helped me with a prescription I had as the item was not supplied in most pharmacies and so they arranged it for me and was able to collect it the next day, highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone

I think they are under new management I saw people I had not seen before in feb and they made me wait when I should have had my medications emailed instantly by clerkenwell as per in the past
.aftert making some noise a young man came to the counter went back asked an older man who abruptly that they did not have it. Whereas I was told they should. They don’t answer phone calls either

The team working here are heroes in a hostile environment. Management have a policy of minimal staff on the rota. Not a lot the pharmacists can do - they are doing the jobs of 3 - 4 people, usually between 2 of them. Expect long queues, angry customers and stressed pharmacists. Better to try the place down the road. Sort it out managers!

Refused to sell me over the counter meds saying I need a prescription. 4 days later I get a prescription "it's cheaper over the counter". 4 days I couldn't take my hospital meds because I couldn't treat my nausea

Efficient service and good advice from the team here. Pharmacy manager particularly helpful and the shop is well run.

This place is a joke. They close at 1.00 on a Saturday. Who closes a business on a Saturday afternoon? Today there’s no pharmacist so unable to collect my prescription. This has happened before. Unprofessional and shoddy, look for an alternative

Super slow service. It was only me at the till and one of the workers came out to check something on the shelves outside the till and didn’t even bother to say Hi or ask what I needed.
