Mr hewinn was the original and had it next to postoffice for years .....they worked hard karen and dot.... he had the launderette as well he had a fab relationship locally..so did dr kesari boy how times change he looked after how family and did us proud thanks to all of you much appreciated...todays world ratrace and too much rushing..take it easy folls

Regulary late on delivering. Not very organised and poor customer service. Went to Pharmacy2u and they seem to work more efficent and I dont even see anyone for them!

The customer service has gone downhill exceptionally severely in the past couple of months. My hubby was left without his medication over the weekend and we had to call 111 to get an urgent replacement prescription. Shocking telephone manner also when I called to say that half of my prescription was missing. We will be changing.

Absolutely horrendous in terms of organisation. The team is always lovely when you go in but ever 2 months my prescription magically becomes no longer repeat despite it having been repeat for over a year and recently they have claimed I have picked up a prescription I haven’t on my paperwork. This is a regular occurrence and the stress of having to sort it ever couple of months is exhausting and I will be finding a new pharmacy soon

I changed my chemist the staff argue I'm told when they get a repeat prescription it then takes 5 days to fill seemed to be a problem every 2 months I gave up with the place the new chemist is Brilliant best thing in did was move from selston one

Just been into Selston pharmacy stood there for at least 10 minutes both staff members looked at me and walked away absolutely no customer care at all no manners so I left without being served before I died of old age you must be proud off how you train your staff
