ASDA Pharmacy

Gave it one star because i could not choose zero !!
Had prescription 9.30 am from my doctor, called in at 4pm ,waited 5 mins for what i dont know and then was told 15 minute wait !! Just finished work , i obviously have a problem and need my prescription. Useless pharmacy

Useless. Waited 10 mins to be served. Then stood waiting for another 10 mins whilst they looked for my tablets, only to be told my tablets weren't ready and to come back in 30 mins. Came back and had to queue up for another 15 mins to be served again, then another 5 mins whilst they checked again to be told they didn't have my tablets in stock! 40 mins in total just stood waiting. Not good enough Asda

It takes so long to be served at the pharmacy counter i don't know what takes so long but it's painful and I'm usually a patient person but the queues the last few months have been next level!

Went to pick sons medicine up. Told it ‘wasn’t in stock’ given the option to have an alternative measure which had to take as son was poorley! Was told it would take 10mins. It took 35. Waiting nearly an hour from when I first went in. Terrible. Not the first time medicine wasn’t available. Will not use again.

Very very poor service from one pharmacist . Normally I have no issues at all but this one was arrogant and refused to sell me Nightnurse. I had a stinking cold, he said I know who you are and I’m not selling you it. I have never met the guy before . I am furious as he was obviously getting me confused with someone else but wouldn’t even talk to me about it, just put his hand up said sorry sir and he served person behind me. I will be putting in a formal complaint. And possibly be contacting the gphc. I was so embarrassed as had people staring at me like I was a drug user. Absolutely vile disgusting behaviour from someone we need advice from.
I am now nervous about ever going back to that pharmacy .

Rude arrogant and very judgemental. I was I. A sue the lady asked if I was queuing o said yes then he served her she went off and come he then raised his voice at me I done this back and then told me I can’t return for medication thanks mate my epilepsy medication is there and now can’t have it cheers mate
