I had run out of my medication and arrived at the pharmacy at 5:40 knowing they were closing early at 6. There was a queue outside of about 3 other people as they weren’t letting people into the store. 10 mins later they took my name and said they’d have a look. As soon as the clock hit 6 the pharmacist said they were closed and shut the door in my face. I knocked and said someone was looking for my medication but all the pharmacist kept saying was that they were closed. After a few minutes of this and him trying to close the door in my face yet again, I insisted that they give me my medication or my prescription back so I could go elsewhere. With this he said give me a minute and slammed the door. A few minutes later, he returned and opened the door slightly and shoved my paper prescription at me and then slammed the door shut again. I would understand if I had arrived just as they were closing but I arrived 20 mins before this and the staff were rude and very unhelpful. Will be going to a different pharmacy in the future

I pay for delivery but often have to pick up prescription myself as it has been processed incorrectly. Closed Saturday 16th and again I am without pills as not been delivered. Shoddy at best.

Don't bothet using the opening times on Google, this pharmacy NEVER keeps to these times. You are lucky to find them open during working hours on a weekday!

This place is drastically understaffed!! And the staff that are there do not care! They have one legal pharamcist that is aloud to hand out the medication but also dosent show up on time and is slow to get you your medication! I'm astmatic and needed my inhalers and when I showed up at opening time he wasn't there, I ended up waiting for a few hours all while struggling to breath!! Needs a desperate rethink, if you're new to the area don't go there find another pharmacy!

Staff are always really friendly, despite working under extreme pressure, and having to put up with customers who are less than polite or pleasant.

I hate this pharmacy. The opening hours are all over the place. You find out they’re closed by a sign on the door once you’ve made your way there. It’s so frustrating and unreliable. When it is open the staff are nice and they usually have what I need it stock. I’m just tired of making wasted journeys there. I can’t find anywhere online with up to date opening hours because they’re all over the place. Appreciate it could be a staffing issue but doesn’t mean it’s any less frustrating.

I've tried phoning over 2 days through out the day to get my antidepressants removed from the spine. I'm in a different county and need to collect from a different pharmacy and have now ran out of tablets!!! 👏👏👏 good work lloyds @ grove rd Shirley

Three times in the last few month's and again today have gone to collect a prescription only to find them closed during normal opening hours. They can't be bothered to put a notice on the door to say if they will re-open that day and they don't answer the telephone. Will have to move pharmacy to one further away as at least I know they will be open
