Scotts Pharmacy

Completely ignorant staff. Don’t know their stock. Didn’t bother to look properly on the shelves and rather than searching for it, they insisted that what I was asking for was prescription only, so couldn’t give it to me! This is not the case and eventually when I showed them a photo I happened to have of the box, they found it on the shelf right in front of them…..and banged it on the table accusing me of being rude, when in fact they were lazy and giving me completely wrong information.
Decided not to buy from them and take my business elsewhere - they couldn’t even admit they were wrong. Not the sort of service that fills you with confidence about their product knowledge and fulfilment of pharmacy duties.
I won’t be back and advise others not to either if you want to be given correct advice.

Such a pleasant experience going into the Scott’s pharmacy. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable and empathetic team. Always a service with a smile.

The pharmacy has a great selection of stock clean and tidy environment.
The staff go out of their way to help you friendly and polite.
The pharmacist always has time to answer any questions about your wellbeing.
A great pharmacy in the community.

On Tuesday i went to buy some cough medicine i was coughing so bad and this old woman refused to sell me cough medicine she told me she needs a proof from my doctor this is the first time i have heard of this if they need proof from the doctors how come medicines are sold in the super markets arrogant old woman

Went into my local pharmacy today and was met with such warm and welcoming faces. One of the employees Monique was sp helpful and gave me so much information and help in regards to my chest infection. It’s so lovely knowing that this pharmacy has her on the team! 10/10 service x

What a great pharmacy!
Such a great location, with such wonderful people. At times it can be a little busy but the personal care they provide each patient with is just lovely to see. They’re always going above and beyond for their patients, including myself. Lovely staff and a well organised pharmacy.

It is 17.55 and they are closed. This is not acceptable. The door must be open till the exact time.
