I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and the staff are a delight. They were very helpful to my mum who had dementia and there have been numerous occasions when they help proactively. Also, they have a well functioning relationship with my doctors surgery which prevents snags and misunderstandings. .
I recommend them highly.

We bought the wrong product by mistake. In addition, the box containing the product was damaged. When we had realised that (10 min after buying it), we came back to replace this product for the correct one. The shop assistant didn´t want to replace it (even presenting the receipt). Also, this person accuses us of damaging the box. I strongly don´t recommend buying in this pharmacy.

I would have given o stars if I could. I went to ask for advice on my eye. The pharmacist didn't even come out of her room to look at my eye. told the lady on the counter to sell me some lubriccating eye drop that haven't worked £3.99 wasted. went to Ipswich road chemist for another opinion and I have conjunctivitis they sold me the right cream so another £4.99 spent very dissaponted :(

I was delighted with the service from this pharmacy until the last 2 few weeks. Then suddenly the pharmacy is closed. I went to collect regular prescription as my nominated pharmacy & was handed prescription to get filled elsewhere. The closure was sudden. It is time the website is updated with current information.

Pharmacy unable to provide formal receipts / proof of vaccination (flu jab) to submit claims through health insurance. Pharmacists are usually nice and helpful but the service at the counter is very poor.

Had to visit sainsbury's yesterday didn't realise that there wasxa Lloyd's in their just had a blood test that morning and had been told to buy a blood pressure monitor. The lady I spoke to was brilliant I have had a stroke and she shared some fantastic advice. I made a blood pressure monitor from them because of her help. I'm sorry i didnt make a note of her name apologies but with staff as good as her your the pharmacy of choice.
