The eldest and slowest chemist I have ever visited. Over 30 minutes wait for two items and I was first one in shop although others seemed to get served earlier. It took asking for my prescription back to get served and when told how bad they were the pharmacist shrugged his shoulders and said ok.

Great pharmacy, great service, great staff! Definitely my pharmacy of choice.

Best pharmacy in Cupar for customer service.
Although often busy the staff are really helpful.
One lady even managed to sort out a problem with my GP's practice not updating my change of a address for a year.
Despite me completing the change of address form online several times.
Well done guys. 👏

Older lady pharmacist needs some re training on customer service skills.
When it's your turn to be served, she looks up through the top of her glasses without even moving her head and no hello or any for of greeting. It's this way every single time I've entered the pharmacy.
She also treats other customers this way, I've witnessed this on many occasions.
Seriously, re train your staff.

No phone is never answer and there is a lady who is very very rude, you say hi or thanks and there is never a reply back.

The lady at the checkout is very rude. Went in for paracetomol for my toothache i couldnt see them so i asked lady her attitude was very discusting she was huffing like a 5 year old child that didnt get the toy they want. Do your self a favour boots is across the road go there they are a bit more professional.

Terrible no 2 meter distancing even waiting chairs are far too close together complete negligence of social distancing and long wait. Hateful, antisocial unkind probably the worst chemist in Cupar. Terrible!
