Been using this chemist for repeat prescriptions for the last 18 months. Recently the service has been terrible. 4 mixed up prescriptions in the last 3 months. The staff didn't seem interested or bothered that they had been making mistakes.

Great service but needs opening hours to be advertised accurately. There is no mention of their closing for several hours a day, which is the actual case. You will only be informed of this when you’re at the door, by which time you’ve walked several miles. Not good for less able walkers.

Left doctors surgery to get my prescription from this pharmacy,there was 3 staff on in the back,I asked if I could leave my prescription with them,I got totally ignored,1 lady looked over and Continued talking to another lady,I repeated myself twice more and no one came over to assist,having awful arthritis I couldn't stand for much longer,so I left.

This is the best Pharmacy I have ever used. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they will always go out of their way to help.
