I've been using the repeat prescription service for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and cheerful and happy to help. I'm only stopping the service because I'm moving away, if it was possible I would keep using it

Extremely poor customer service six people behind counter and yet no one acknowledged me at all waited 15 mins then told it was going to be half an hour wait for my prescription so I left to come back later. Returned later to have to wait again for another 10 mins before I walked out again without my prescription their customer care should be addressed and the staff should know when a customer enters the shop as the bell rings to inform them perhaps a earring test might b useful

Absolutely hopeless pharmacy. We have our regular monthly prescriptions with them but are never ready when they are due to be picked up. Today we go to pick them up and surprise surprise they are not ready, told to go back on Monday so that now leaves me all weekend without the medication I crucially need. They really should rename themselves Unwell as that's what I will be all weekend!!!

I am a 73year old disabled lady living alone and have had to use wells pharmacy as I have so many chronic illnesses I was given monthly doss boxes,I have been housebound for 4 years ,I have become very lonely and isolated but always have great respect for nhs services, for over a year I have been treated very disrespectful by staff in Wells,pharmacy to such a degree that I raised a complaint about the pharmacy ,I contacted someone in() CHC-NWCHC) Wales NHS and together we did this by Complaining to the right channels.i did not ask for anything other than to hope it would serve as a lesson for the staff about treating everyone with respect.This has now been given to managers of the company hoping to prevent any one else going through a terrible ordeal that I experienced

Truly awful service here in the last year or so, my repeat prescription doesn't get reordered, when it is, the don't collect them from the doctor until the end of the day, when I queried this, I was rudely told that they have lots of customers, and that if it wasn't good enough for me I should order myself. Will be switching to another pharmacy asap. Also, they rarely have all my items in stock. Absolute clowns.

Today I've had one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Whilst picking up a prescription I asked the Pharmacist (Mr Ajmol Ali) about a possible side effect of one of the medications I was taking. Not only did he explain the possible side effects clearly but then proceeded to take a history of my problem and give me a very thorough examination. He suggested a possible cause of the problem I was experiencing and prescribed a medicine he thought would help. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but friendly and considerate in his manner. Whether or not the medicine sorts out the problem is secondary to the excellent service he provided. Thank you Mr Ali.

I've been using this pharmacy for many years and the service used to be very good. In the last year or so the service has gone gown hill, prescriptions weren't ready or missing. The last two visits they've blamed the drs and sent me to the drs only to find out that Well had my prescription all along. The staff there currently are rude and not even vaguely helpful. Enough is enough and I've gone to another chemist.

Rude staff, prescription not ready again, blaming doctors for their inept service. Now gone to another chemist where hopefully the service and attitude of the staff will be better.
