Had to go 5 days without medication. I hadn't had a text to say it was ready tried numerous times to phone no answer I can't just pop in was finally told one item wasn't in stock that's why they hadn't text me and I should have contacted them if I had run out. HOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've now changed chemists

Despite text message saying prescriptions ready - I was told I would have to wait a few minutes for mine. Okay - not unreasonable - but almost 15 minutes later - had to ask if I had been forgotten. I was told it would be at least another 5 minutes as the Pharmacist was administering a flu jab. I had an appointment so could not wait any longer- I felt for the assistant - not her fault - but I had to say how bad this was. I was polite. Very poor customer focus. Also - the till was out of use - customers not happy waiting in a long queue then being told they couldn't buy standard items due to technical issues. Small notice stuck on the till saying issues but not stating categorically that nothing could be bought! So many people in there today unhappy with poor service. Communication skills leave a lot to be desired.

Would of give zero i could. More staff than customers. Staff stood around talking while people are queueing. I have never seen such a slow work force, its painful watching while you are waiting. Wouldn't call it work. Just useless. I am too angry to put anything else down. 😡😡

After a 10 minute wait I was eventually served.My purchase of around£5 was paid with a £10 note and change was given in only 20 pence pieces.I questioned this I was told by the very unhelpful young man that that was all they had and what did did I expect him to do about it.I tried to explain that in my opinion he should ensure he had sufficient float to cater for such an occurrence only to be told to get out of the shop.Not a good advert for the shop and needless to say I will never be back.

Absolute disgrace of an establishment. Every time I go here it's either not open at the advertised hours or no pharmacists or both.

Arrived today at 8:40am as it says on the door 8:30am opening. The lights are off and stood outside until 8:50. A lady come out and told me they are not opening as there is no pharmacist and that she couldn't even allow me to pick up a prescription that was waiting for collection.

Utter discgrace. Whoever is the manager for this store should loose their job. It's the only pharmacy in the whole of Conwy and people are relying on this place to get necessary medication.

Running on a shoe string without staff or one pharmacist is not good enough.

Sort it out!

I have changed to another pharmacy. Staff stand round the back chatting, ignore customers, and they quite often didn't have items from my medication list which involved further trips to collect the ordered items.

I've looked at the other reviews and find this really unacceptable.
I can understand staff are doing their best to provide a decent service, and short staff must create extreme pressure for them.
As for my circumstances, my monthly prescription should have been ready by Tuesday gone. I still haven't received any info to pick them up. Today I took my last dose of anti stress tablets, and the suspense is going affect my coping mechanism, and fear my reputation becoming a danger to the local community. What can be done?

Poor customer service. Lots of staff, but chatting about their nights out etc while customers queuing. Witnessed one member of staff being unnecessarily curt with an elderly customer. Refusing to do all prescriptions because one prescription not available - happy to leave customer without the rest of their meds!
