In over a year I have had nothing but trouble with this chemist, whether it be ordering, delivery or picking up the medication myself. This month they picked up my prescription from the doctors and due to them not having the medication, returned it to the chemist without letting me know. Good job I rang to find out where my prescriptions were. I have previously had to liaise between the chemist and the doctors as the chemist denied picking up my script even though the doctors told me they had signed for it. Another time they actually delivered my medication on time, but with someone else’s in the bag as well. When you ring up you dare not complain as you get told to go elsewhere, customer service at its best! I have spoken to a lot of people yet not one person has a good word to say about them. So people instead of moaning covertly, take my lead and give them a bad review because it’s only when people stop putting up with inadequate services will they perhaps then strive to improve.
