Staff are always friendly. Much quicker turnover of prescriptions than some other chemists

Staff are friendly but The wait is absolutely ridiculous, sometimes there's 6 women behind the counter and you still have to wait 35 to 40 minutes for prescriptions while they all jangle away. I'm basing this on my last 10 visits to the store and each time I have waited 35 to 40 minutes. I suggest boots or any other chemist as they put there work 1st

A great team of staff always friendly and do all they can to help with any problem that is at hand . The bestest chemist i have ever used out of many in wales and england if there was a medal these staff deserve 1st prize

An excellent pharmacy with very helpful and kind staff. I rang today and the lady was very good. Our daughter has Covid-19 and I have cancer. She arranged for the medication to be delivered to our home. We are very grateful for all the help they gave us. The staff at Holyhead are a great credit to your company. I would NEVER deal with either Tesco or Boots on Holyhead. They are two rubbish companies.

Amazing customer service, couldn't ask for a better service. Each staff had lovely manners, treating customers with respect & totally tending to their individual needs.

The chemist and staff itself are fine . However , you have to call to order a repeat prescription as it takes a week to complete . They don’t answer the phone , they leave it off the hook Constantly especially on Mondays . Not right especially if you are elderly , housebound or unable to get out . So how are you supposed to re order your prescription ? Ridiculous .

Amazing service from all staff of part of prescription is missing they chase up and sort it straight away. Staff always polite and courteous
