Terrible service. Booked a flu jab and I left, when 20 minutes later I was still waiting and 3 members of staff were asking each other who was meant to be administering the jabs. Gives me no confidence at all. Certainly won't be returning again.

Small but friendly, helpful staff

Painfully slow service, despite being seemingly over staffed. All the employees seem miserable. A perfect example of a remote private equity owned company which used to have a real identity and a commitment to service. Bring back the old Boots culture.

Even before the pandemic the service was slow , they are so under staffed.

Lucky no queue this time can be a long wait

Boots in crickhowell the service and the staff are are wonderful they will offer a take your medicine to your car if heavier than you can manage thanks to Mason, Merryl and Caroline.
