Boots Out of Hours Pharmacy

The staff are lovely but it's so disorganised. Last time I had to go back 5 times for my meds. This is more than backlog with busy periods. Every time I've been they have had trouble finding the prescription I left with them. They never have my meds ready by when they say I can collect. They always do it on the spot and I have to wait for it to be checked, which is fine occasionally but every time ??

They don't care about people

Advertised opening hours have not been updated (again). The pharmacy was open until 10:30 pre-covid, then again after Covid, but once again the store closes earlier without updating advertised opening hours.

I've wasted over an hour in travel time, plus petrol. Highly unprofessional store management.

Advertised as open until 10:30pm, arrived at 10:15pm and the pharmacy is closed.

awful, never answer their phones.

tried contacting the pharmacy numerous times as it was a emergency to pick up insulin but no staff bothered answering my calls so I'm on the way to hospital this could of been avoided if they picked up their phone

Really helpful and professional, for a Sunday evening emergency visit, when everything else was shut. Thank you

helped me get the right medicine for my baby by contacting the doc who wrote up the wrong medication 👍🏼
