Awful put in description didn't even read it because they give me someone's else's prescription and I was the only one in there

Absolutely terrible customer service! If I could give no stars I would! Bought an item and when returned home, the item was faulty and all the contents listed on the box were not present even missing the stated instructions!
Was blatantly refused a refund and told that’s how they come from manufacturers!! trading standards will be informed!

This pharmacy really is the best one i have visited in my life. Needed a consultation for my lumpy genitals, and got a flu jab. Service from the girls was outstanding.
