Horrible lazy people, late to work, no manners. Sent me away at the door 10 minutes early before there lunch break(which apparently lasted between half 12 and 2 o’clock) stopping me from being able to get 2 very simple but very important prescriptions for myself. Selfish. Should be in a position like they are. You don’t know what your extra 10 minutes of not helping a human being could result in something horrible maybe even a death.

Today is the 2nd time this pharmacy has failed to deliver very important medicine to my daughter, who is now in a terrific panic. This is not expectable what so ever, I fully recommend that you avoid this chemist for very good reasons give it a very wide birth is my, advance... Discussing...

Asked for 2 items sent there by my doctor, she [the counter staff] only gave me one item? I said there should be 2, she said, "well its not here "Have a good day"
So take what you want from that but the manner it was said I thought was sarcastic. didnt want the hassle so just left. [I know sarcasm when I hear it]

This pharmacy is very unprofessional and quite rude at times. This month is the 4th month they have forgotten to deliver my very important medication causing my siezures to start up again. When you make enquiries they are so uncaring on the phone even to the point of not really listening ,this shouldn't be allowed to continue for the safety and health of patients.

Not fit for purpose.

Every single time I use this pharmacy to collect my repeat prescription it takes two weeks to actually receive the prescription, then a third week to collect all the items they missed off.

Each time I phone to order it the phone rings out, so I end up going in, waiting to order my prescription, at which point I am told it will be in in two working days. I give them five.

Upon going to collect my prescription having given them lavish amounts of extra time, not once has it been in store. Usually either they or the GP have lost it. When it is eventually located/re-issued half the items are always missing (I only have four items on my repeat) and then I have to go through the whole rigmarole again to get the other half of my prescription.

Thankfully none of my medications are time critical, nor is it dangerous for me to miss doses, however I can only imagine the stress it causes for those on anti-epileptic medications, for example.

By the time I have everything I need it's usually been three to four trips to the pharmacy, culminating in well over an hour of waiting, across two to three weeks. By this point, it's time to order my prescription for next month...

Try to avoid this pharmacy. They are a shambles of an operation. Gave them 3 attempts and all 3 have been shocking.
Don't know what they do, don't keep records correctly, it's completely mismanaged.
Gave a prescription last time, was told come back after 90 minutes, came back after 105 minutes only to be told they don't have it. I'm shocked at how badly its managed

They told my freind to pick up his meds this morning they are not even open on a Saturday and has left him all weekend without heart medication thank you very much not so well chemist

Terrible service , give out prescription to people without telling them items are missing and generally giving people the run around.
