Can't believe how good the staff are in this pharmacy!! Really went above an beyond there job roll too help my son out to day thank you so much

Great little pharmacy. Some things were over priced in my opinion but that is a hazard of using a private pharmacy.

Very helpful and pleasant staff and have been prompt with all my prescription needs.
Also has a good range of items that you might need or want to purchase too.
Great all round.

I have never used a shop, let alone a pharmacy that is so ineptly run. It is an ordeal every month as my prescription is never ready on time. I now call before visiting to prevent a wasted journey. I went on Thursday and came away empty-handed. Another customer was in there on his third visit and was turned away again. He was extremely angry. This morning, my second visit, I was 5th in the queue and none of us got our medication. I now have to go back a third time as I shall be out of my tablets before the shop will be open again.

Good large pharmacy with a full selection of Healthcare and personal care needs. Picked up some toothbrushes which I'm happy were bamboo and a £1 for 3 is a very good deal.

Have spent 3 weeks chasing a prescription, left having withdrawals, just point the finger at someone else. Was told to visit out of hours to get the prescription Id ordered from them multiple times. Left humiliated in a shop full of customers because I just wanted my prescription. Then I get it and there's things missing, given me the same medication multiple times. Nothing shorted and shambolic. If I had a car I'd be using Dolgellau chemist 👍🏼

Absolutely shocking, really do not know how they function as a pharmacy, unhelpful, don't know when they get deliveries, patients left without medication, if you order a prescription they do not chase it, wait until you have ran out and blame someone else. They could learn a thing or 2 from my local chemist who actually texts me when my medication is there, I do no running around like these expect you to do.... shambolic organisation here, and extreme lack of care and understanding.

We popped in to see if you sold Stoma bags for our son as he was worried we would run out. Ceri went above and beyond helping us get sorted and discussing Crohns with our Son, what a lovely kind person ..... thank you xx
