Truthfully is a joke,waited 25 minutes in the queue ,then when I got in for my mothers pills they had not received the return from, well I know I posted it the Monday before through the letterbox.there was one lady employer running around trying to help bless her and 6 others in the back laughing and talking .like many people have said it needs a kick up the backside old lady on sticks waiting for 30 mins yes it's a joke this is why we have local mp,s they should do something about it ,you only see them at voting times promising to help ya its a laugh ,

I have never had a good service from this pharmacy.... argumentative and rude never an apology even when they make mistakes and everytime I get my prescription something is missing or goes wrong.

Not enough staff. Very slow turnaround for prescriptions. Shop isn't big enough to meet demands. Boots need to consider what they do to make this store better. Was much better when they had the shop on the hill. Avoid at all costs.

All I can say is the staff need a complete overhaul, I never have a straight forward repeat order from them even though my Doctor tells me they have issued my scrip boots always have something missing from my meds it's a joke and an Area Manager needs to be brought in to teach the staff how to handle things better because at the moment they just don't give a dam .

If this chemist manages your prescriptions, don't expect to get them on time. 60% of the time ours aren't even ready when we need them, or there is an issue with their supply and we have to wait. Texting service to let you know they're ready is sporadic at best, non-existent at worst.

Am done with this place. I've never had such ignorant, obnoxious staff lie to me because of their own failings. Not fit to serve the public/patients. Or shall should say customers! As bad as the quack doctors who we never get to see anymore. Rude ignorant jobsworths! Never have my repeats sorted, ever!

Always helpful, even when I'm not at my best! .cannot fault the staff or service provided. They sort out my repeat prescription and text when ready to collect .. Superb.
