Had a surprise delivery of my prescription this morning. Did not ask for it. What a wonderful service in these dark days. Thank you so much.

On holiday and realised I had come away without my medication Pharmacist very helpful and gave me Emmergency supply

I’d arrived at Morrisons pharmacy at 7.45 last night to have what is usually a 5/10 minute consultation with a pharmacist. It was the only time in the day that I could go and thought I’d be fine with it closing at 8pm.

The girl behind the counter was not helpful at all and I felt pretty judged for what I was asking for. Not only that, she’d stated that they’ve been open since 9am. Isn’t the whole point of opening hours that you can go in when it fits around your schedule? Felt shunned away and disappointed with the service.

Delayed treatment for my son despite GP ohh sending 2x faxes and emails which they refused to check calling my husband a liar they finally called GP ohh to confirm that there was infact a pescription after my husband refused to leave and it was there like my husband said only for them to say that medication was not available and him needing to go to boots Bangor. Staff were rude to my husband and did not appears to have common sense to call gp ohh i first instance, when he asked and they couldn't find it.

Changed from here to tesco pharmacy,, as go there focused and happy and then go from there confused, angry and unhappy,,,, as the shop all over there place and half the time they don't know what they doing and everything seems to be a struggle for them to do anything for you,, also when I used to go there for my repeat prescription, I DIDENT expect to repeat my name and address 3 or 4 times and worse when the person says lia??? When your name starts with a G,, at tesco as so organised and nothing a proplem and they go that extra mile,,, also u can smile to and they smile back as not a crime there🙂🙂🙂such a difference in people,, my advice move on
