Quite possibly one of the best pharmacies around! All of the staff are super friendly, welcoming and helpful. They always have time to listen and give advice. I depend on them for a large weekly prescription; it is always ready, no mistakes and should an item b out of stock it is usually there the following day at the latest. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism during this pandemic. Rules and regulations change at the drop of a hat, but the staff at LLoyds endeavour to always serve each and every customer with a smile on their face and a very warm welcome. Thank you guys, for all your hard work. It’s much appreciated!!

NO ONE ANSWER'S THE PHONE - THEY MUST HAVE COVID 1984.

Had our fit to fly test at Lloyds pharmacy Abergele on may 8th the whole process was so easy.
Aneta did our tests was so professional and really put our minds at ease. Aneta explained everything and was chatting about the holiday keeping us all calm. Twenty minutes later we were walking out with our certificates. Very clean, very professional would highly recommend thank you

Staff are so helpful,they are kind towards you,ESPECIALLY the disabled and learning difficulties

The staff deserve 5 stars plus, they are excellent.
Unfortunately Lloyd's management come across as callous, deeply incompetent idiots.
The branch often closes due to there not being a a sheduled pharmacist for the day.
This means on a given day you won't be able to get into the shop, never mind get your prescribed medication.
Again, the staff are great but they are constantly let down by whoever is managing remotely, shameful.

went to the pharmacy yesterday for advice as my toddler has a croaky voice but isn't sore and to see if there was something i could give him the answer was just NO no other advice or help not helpful at all
