Staff are usually quite flippant. Prices are higher than similar stores

I had relapsed from taking m¥ blood pressure tablets regularl¥-&wasn't sure about the §tate of m¥ blood pressure & health? After discussion with the Nurse at the §tores -§he was prompt to give me tests & recommended advice. Of which m¥ health has much improved! ☺

I wanted to say a big thank you to the guys that deliver the prescriptions, they are really nice and polite and always cheery, sorry don't know your names but you are doing a great job.

I had a health check booked, after waiting for over 30 mins while the pharmacist used the consulting room for a walk in customer who hadn’t booked, I gave up, won’t be going back to a company who don’t care about their customers and who don’t honour online bookings in store. Don’t waste your time going here, you will only regret it.

Very well organised shop and plenty of room to move around. I went in for Advantage for my pets and although it was more expensive than buying it online the lady on the till gave me five pounds off my purchase and also another five pounds voucher to use.
